Install PSE 11 in windows and make a full backup to a removable drive, using the command in the organizer. (You can uninstall it afterwards if you don't need it in windows. Be sure to deactivate it if you uninstall.
Install PSE on the mac and restore the catalog there. The instructions for the restore should tell you to select the .tly file. If they don't, that's the file you need to point the restore to.
