all things in the little black box that holds the up a row, move a row, hide a row etc
new problem... Three li one on each row taking up all 12 columns. resized them down to 4 columns, clicked left hand arrow to 0 margin. clicked up arrow to move them up to share one row but third li is hanging around on the second row. I've tried changing padding And margin but I can't get it to move. It seems like a really simple thing to accomplish so it's bugging me that I can't get it right, Should my items look like they run over the 2 columns they take up through the gutter and line up hard against the third column? I think this is my problem but don't know what to do with it, resizing them snapped them to two column width so I'm not sure how I can get that wrong. Currently there are no changes in CSS that didn't appear from making themtwo column width zeroing margin and clicking them to go up a row.

i have another issue when I went into full screen view, the last of my headers is snapped to 4 columns and when I clicked it to resize it, it only gives me a yellow box not the blue with handles that I'd lost before, all other divs give me handles but that one.
