I have followed the procedure below without success.
Complete uninstall
CCleaner plus registry
Reboot PC
Turn off firewall
Reinstall from disc (no prompts for updates)
Auto reboot of PC
Started flex net (why does it keep stopping)
Opened prem elements OK
Tried to open new project but got same error message and it closed down.
I think we have tried everything - it should not be this difficult.
What else can adobe do to resolve this ?
