Just call Adobe Sales and you can fix that over the phone. That is what I did. "Support" claimed I had to uninstall the Trial Version, but to their surprise that was not true.
Whatever the Sales Rep did, it converted the Trial Version into the regular subscription installation with no further action on my part.
