I pay CC 2014 with somebody else credit card, which is refused, how can it be accepted?

I pay my CC 2014 with my wife credit card, but you refused it because you say is not in my record. I need it to be accepted because this credit card is able.

Pagué my CC2014 con la tarjeta de crédito de mi esposa, pero la rechazan porque no figura en mis datos. Necesito que la acepten porque la tarjeta está vigente.
