Photoshop suddenly crashed when running the print command. Checking the Event Viewer I get this:
Faulting application name: Photoshop.exe, version: 14.2.1.570, time stamp: 0x52f4a9f2
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.18247, time stamp: 0x521eaf24
Exception code: 0xc0000374
Fault offset: 0x00000000000c4102
Faulting process id: 0x183c
Faulting application start time: 0x01cf7f7eb0aaab60
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll
Report Id: 2ec3a9be-eb76-11e3-9613-002618e82977
Now, ntdll.dll seems to be implicated in many types of failures which complicates the issue.
So far, it's only Photoshop that crashes with the print Command. Further, it started today after installing ACR 8.5. SFC Scannnow comes up ok. Going back to an earlier Restore Point doesn't fix it. (8.5 doesn't go away) I can do a restore from Backup but I decided to not go there for the moment. I would rather try to go back to 8.4 directly.
I posted this in ACR Preview Button!!! thread as well where 8.5 RC was announced today. I can't imagine why ACR update would impact PSCC but...?
Thanks!
