I have a mac and a pc. Both have Premiere and Pluraleyes on them. For almost a year not I have had problems with importing sequences on the windows machine. The work around has been to sync on the mac and import it to the windows machine. This is inconvenient though and I would like to get this issue fixed.
When I export to Pluraleyes on the windows machine everything goes well until I export the synced sequence back into Premiere. Upon import the "New Closed Captions" dialogue box appears. I have the choice between "ok" or "cancel". If I hit cancel nothing imports. If I hit "ok" and choose a closed caption option then I get a dialogue box that says "File Import Failure", and the error messages says "File format not supported". Either way I can't import a sequence from Pluraleyes.
I have tried Pluraleyes support multiple times but have had no luck in fixing the issue. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem? Thanks for any help you can provide.
