Hi Thang,

I can't see your screenshots. But I think you are using your trial ID only that's why it is asking for license. On the Sign in required screen, you must be seeing an adobe ID but that will be your trial ID.

Click on 'Not Your adobe ID'. Next you will see Sign in screen , here you need to enter the subscription ID credentials.
