How put something in the middle?

I searched but I have found little on the internet.

I have using indesign a few days ago. I used programs such Pages for Mac that I click with the right button and align a picture/text box/other easily in the center. In InDesign, if I insert a logo as a header, for example, how do I place it exactly in the middle?
