I don't see any relevant content in your link.
My problem is that PPro 6.0 automatically assumes it's a trial and I can't input my serial. When opening PS 6.0, I get the option to "license this software", but when I enter my serial, it says "This serial number is not valid for Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended".
(maybe because my serial is for the CS6 Production Premium, not the single product?)
I'll uninstall both programs and I'm downloading the whole CS6 from Adobe Worldwide Licensing again to try if I can install it through that.
Edit: Just saw that I had tried the wrong serial, MAC instead of WIN. I have installed PPro fresh from the Worldwide Licensing Download and it seems to be working, however it doesn't appear in my Creative Cloud App.
I tried the correct serial on the still installed version of PS and this time it worked, and this appears in my creative cloud app. Still can't register my Production Premium serial in my Adobe account, but as long as everything works I don't mind.
