Re: Adobe Premiere Elements 12 (trial) installed successfully. When opened, shows "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program". I already used MSCONFIG to disable all startup as per Help forum. What can I do next?

Thanks for sharing.

 

I followed the instructions given above.

PRE12 started up and seem to progress further....maybe about 30sec before it encounter the same error.

I can't find a startup log in PRE12 directory; hence don't know what error it is encountering.  I shall stop here. 

I'd an older MacBook Pro.  Upgraded OSX from 10.6.8 to 10.9.4 because the pre-requisite for PRE12 for Mac is 10.7.  Got this as my workaround and have PRE12 trial version running on the Mac.
