My subscription appears to have automatically renewed last month but I didn't want to renew, is there a way out of it?

I signed up for a Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year) and now the renewal date says June 8, 2015. I don't have time to take advantage of photoshop anymore and I'm rarely able to even make time to get on to the computer. I do however keep track of my emails on my phone and I received no warning that Adobe would be renewing my subscription. I do NOT want another year and I do NOT want to have to pay for the privelage of not using the software. Is there a cancellation grace period or something? Help!
