Hi Nancy,

 

Yes, I understand this is a user-to-user forum. That's why I asked if anybody from Adobe was listening.

I've called Customer Service, (the Australian number). When you choose the relevant options, it tells you phone support is not available and to get in touch on the web.

When you go to the web address they specify, which is the same as your Customer Care link, when you choose the relevant options, it narrows you down to the forums as the only avenue for support.

 

Not sure what Adobe are doing, but it's really frustrating if I can't actually speak to someone regarding this.

 

Do you have any other suggestions?
