You may need to mention what version of the Wacom Driver and what OS. For example, I had to revert to 6.3.7-6 version of the driver to get it to work on Windows 8.1 ... as well had to turn off Flicks and Press and Hold in the Control Panel and turn off Windows Ink in the Tablet settings to make it work. Whereas in Windows 7 it didn't matter about the Windows Ink Mapping but still had to turn off Flicks and Press and Hold in the Control Panel.
All in all I had serious problems with both 6.3.8-3 and 6.3.8-4 especially with unable to right-click and scrolling through the screen where it wouldn't stop at the edge of the screen.
