My NL 'inwisselingscode' / E. 'Exchange code' (?) ) is not accepted because it was purchased in other country

I have a problem with downloading my creative cloud version because the  NL 'inwisselingscode' (E. 'exchange code' ?) does not correspond with the country of my Adobe ID -

The message in Dutch says: "Deze kaart is aangeschaft in een land dat niet overeenkomt met uw Adobe-id. Meld u aan met een andere Adobe-id of neem contact met ons op als u hulp nodig hebt." ( This card is purchased in a country that does not correspong with the country of your Adobe ID. Register with another Adobe-ID or take contact with us if you need more help" - What can I do to solve this problem? Where can I ask for more help. The only option seems to be this forum? - Thanks for any advise!
