With using muse can you have a login feature that a driver can login and start filling out an application, then log out and then later log in and start where they left off? We would be using Business Catalyst to host this site.

We have a VERY long form we need to make on BC or on Muse can either handle this?  We will be hosting with BC.  Also can we have it where a driver logins and then if the application to long and he wants to come back later and login can he start where he left off?
