Thanks for your reply. I am still confused about the app. Are there two versions now? I did download LR5 using the Creative Cloud installer but it will not take my serial number. Adobe's support is really frustrating. I have tried to get them on the line or text message without any luck. Last night, I waited for 45 minutes for a tech to answer my text only to have them come on when I finally stepped away to answer the door. Ugh...
I recall some chatter about a shift in the Adobe business model a while ago but did not pay careful attention. Now, I cannot figure it out from the web site. It looks like they want a monthly fee rather than allowing me to download and use the software that I already purchased. Is this right?
