What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?

This sounds like an known Premiere Elements 12/12.1 issue. Let us see.

The symptoms of the issue are the loss of sound from the numbered audio tracks and soundtrack when narration created by the program's Narration Tool is added to the project. Please read the Llamadude99's fix for this
