How can i save a file to html from an adobe package?

I have created what i want sent out in InDesign, but i need to to be in HTML format so that i can have it in the body of an email rather than as an attachment.

Can somebody please advise:

A - have I used the correct package and

B - if this can be done from the package i have used and

C - If it is the wrong package i have used, what would be the correct one?
