Re: Relinking Assets between desktop and laptop

Hi Davz,

You will be able to use and edit your Muse file, even if you do not re-link the assets.

It is just that you will not be able to edit those assets, so you can re-link the assets whenever you need to make any changes to the asset files.

Whenever you switch machines, kindly save the latest version of your Muse file from on a local drive, and then use it. Using a .muse file saved on a cloud or removable hard drive may cause issues.

Also, I'd suggest you to save a copy of all the asset files to one folder (a local location, not the cloud or the removable hard drive); so, when Muse prompts you to re-link the assets, you can re-link one of these files, and Muse will look in that folder for all your other missing links.

Regards

Sonam
