Hello, to anyone else who is still wishing for Bookmarks to be added to Dreamweaver. Read my post below and if you agree, submit a request to Adobe so we can get this functionality up the priority list :

When writing long scripts sometimes you need to jump back up and down your code to specific functions and lines of code within. Although the "Functions" right click context menu is very useful, it would more beneficial and more efficient if there was an on screen panel which allowed you to bookmark lines of code on a page by page basis and jump to them. In some programs they now call this "Points Of Interest" and some are auto created for you. e.g. all functions, script elements, major HTML elements etc could be auto included and then also allow you to edit these and add your own. Virtual DJ v8 Music software recently added this feature and I love the power and flexibility it provides to navigate around a waveform. The same idea could be used for coding!
Create a panel called Points Of Interest / Bookmarks, include a list of major HTML elements, JS functions, scripted functions etc and then allow the user to right click on lines of code and add commented Points of Interest for ease of Jumping to without scrolling up and down the code. Auto listed items should be able to be hidden allowing user to see only his / her Points of Interest only if desired. Somethimes you need to be able to see all functions etc. Othertimes you are jumping between a few related functions.
P.s. If like me you create classes containing 50 + functions then the right click context menu becomes useless as the down arrow at the bottom of the list has to be clicked multiple times. Would be better also if this was replaced with a standard scrollbar like in most windows requiring overflow scrolling.
