@Rick is so right! That's really good to hear that he's only 9 and taking interest in designing and arts. I would like to suggest that first of all don't make it complex for him! Starting some easy to learn tutorials from lynda and Youtube would be a fine choice! Whenever he's sitting with you in front of PC, teach him some of the basics about suite of whatever adobe product if you're using any right now! Allow him to surf his time not more than 3 to 4 hours in a day about learning for the time being! Later on, when he'll find it interesting then let him take his time!
