I have a colour shift between Lightroom modules. The image looks fine in Develop but gets a colour cast in Library

As said, I started from a raw file, exported it in CS6, did some work there, converted in black and white in Silver Effex, applied a little bit of toning, re-imported in Lightroom. The image looks find in Develop but gets a green colour cast in Library. The colour cast remains in the exported jpeg.
