You absolutely should not have to pay a second time for your subscription. But, there is no record under that email of an order placed today. However, you do have an active subscription that was renewed back in May.
I don't know why the charge from this morning isn't showing up under that email address. I think you may want to contact Adobe Customer Care to figure out what's going on there. Here is the contact information: Contact Customer Care
