The 7.0 indicates it is the CS6 series of updates that started with ACR 7.0. There are other files in the ZIP that say 8.1 so that suggests it is the 8.1 update for the series of updates for ACR that started with 7.0.
Try it and see. The worst that would happen is that you end up with ACR 7.0 like you have now.
